Dan Stanton

Dan brings ten years of direct experience across waste and recycling operations, alongside extensive hands-on experience in coding and bespoke software development. He has designed and built 23 working business applications that solve real operational problems and have created substantial value for the organisations using them. This combination of industry knowledge and practical development experience helps make sure Merlinium works for the people using it, not just the people reading the reports.

Development and implementation

Sam Ellison

Sam works across the development and implementation of the Merlinium product, testing features, documenting issues and working with customers to get the system running in their operations. He also has hands-on experience in fleet and workshop management, as well as across other business divisions, where he has built operational dashboards and plant-movement tracking systems that improved day-to-day operations. His background in customer-facing work means he understands the people using the software as well as the software itself, helping bridge the gap between the developers building Merlinium and the operators relying on it every day.

Jason is an experienced business builder and operator with a record of developing award-winning businesses and scaling operations nationally.
