For a configured Digital Waste Tracking workflow, Merlinium uses the movement already recorded by the operation, checks the required fields and sends the relevant receipt-of-waste information through Defra’s API. Records that need attention remain visible for the team to resolve.

Not necessarily. Merlinium Connect is intended for businesses that want to retain their current system while adding connectivity and a clearer Digital Waste Tracking workflow. The available connection route depends on your existing software, database, hardware and site process.

For suitable Lite and Pro installations, Merlinium can communicate with compatible weighbridge hardware or existing weighbridge software. A site and system review is used to confirm the safest integration route before anything is changed.

Connect works alongside an existing yard system. Lite provides the core yard and weighbridge operating workflow. Pro adds wider mobile, planning, reporting and management capability. Carrier is a phone-led product for carriers, brokers and dealers working on the move.
